Join us on Thursday, April 11 when you will be guided on a private tour of The Great Frame Up store in Bluffton. Thanks to Bill Tremetiere who arranged the tour; he is a former employee, now retired. This store location has been recognized as the #1 franchise for the past three consecutive years and their molding display is the largest in the area and is a work of art in itself. One of their specialties is art reproduction where original art pieces are printed and color matched to guarantee accurate reproduction. Many VAC artists have expressed interest in learning more about this technique and seeing where framing is performed. The tour is one hour beginning at 10:00 a.m. There is no fee and Danish and coffee will be served. Space is limited. An exciting day trip is planned for a day trip to visit the incredible SCAD Museum of Art and a shopping experience at Blick Art Materials in Savannah. It’s sure to be a delightful day, and you’ll not want to miss out on this great opportunity!   Trip payment and lunch order choices must be provided to Susie O’Toole (email: susan@archinteriorsinc.com) no later than by day end on April 10.   Read below for more details. Cost and Registration: $60 per member without lunch (may bring own lunch). $80 per member, with a box lunch provided by Dataw Deli. Lunch choices are a turkey and provolone sandwich or beef and cheddar, both with lettuce and tomato.
